We are pleased to announce the new Incident Reporting Tool created by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. As professionals in an ever-changing landscape we understand how important it is to protect our consumers. We want our consumers to received evidence based knowledge to maintain their health.

If you have questions about someone providing nutrition knowledge outside of the state's licensure you can now report them through our new tool. This is also an outlet where you can report Dietitian success stories to celebrate the value of qualified registered dietitians.
